Franchise began in 2007 when current Franchise Principals Frank Lombardi and John Fiorino joined forces to serve the Westchester area. They have expanded rapidly in recent years based on successful relationships cultivated from unblemished results in many sectors including but not limited to Banking, Healthcare & Retail.

They are hands on operators, involved with every aspect of the project from start to completion.

CONTROLLER

Donna Ragone has served as Controller for Franchise Contractor Group for over 8 years. Donna is an accounting veteran with over 25 years of accounting experience working in banking, commercial real estate, hospitality, and construction industries. Donna’s education includes a BA in Accounting from Syracuse University and an MBA from Pace University. Donna wears many hats at Franchise including HR, Payroll, Accounting & Finance, fiduciary responsibilities, Operations & is always a working member of the Management team. Donna takes pride in work, company and family. Donna feels lucky to be part of the Franchise Team!

FRANK FIORINO

PROJECT MANAGER

Frank Fiorino is a Project Manager for Franchise Contractor Group. He oversees our construction jobs while putting together progress reports, and schedules, and managing and coordinating all trades to assure that the job runs smoothly. Frank studied at Sacred Heart University for four years where he graduated with a degree in Business Management.

Tyler Lazier is a Project Manager who has been working with Franchise Contractor Group for over 13 years.

Tyler Lazier believes in personal integrity and dedication to each project we build out. Creating an everlasting impression on the project from the earliest conceptual stages to the closeout phase.

STEVE CIRILLO

PROJECT MANAGER

Steve Cirillo is a project supervisor who has been working with Franchise for 4 years. Steve is a problem solver who is not afraid to get his hands dirty. Steve has also worked for an area lumber fabricator where his interest in construction accumulated. Steve oversees the daily activities on several projects and reports directly to our project managers.

RICHARD BAKER

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Richard Baker comes to Franchise Contractor Group with over 40 years of experience in the Design and Construction field. A licensed Architect, Richard has a proven record of managing and overseeing numerous projects of all types, sizes, and budgets. A believer in the team approach, where all parties need to work together and in unison to deliver a project that is on budget, on schedule and most of all, a project that will exceed everyone’s expectations.

SUPERINTENDENT

Augie Bianco, Superintendent, brings 31 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Construction, as well as Fire Restoration.  His strong commitment and level of involvement to make your project a success is his highest priority.

CHERYL SAENZ

OFFICE MANAGER

Cheryl is the Office Manager for Franchise Contractor Group.  She’s worked in the design and construction industry for many years and oversees the day-to-day operations of the corporate office.  In addition, she’s responsible for maintaining corporate communications, documents, procurement, purchasing, insurance requests and permits.
